To cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this 24-hour window, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the costs incurred due to the late notice.
For rescheduling, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time based on availability.
